So my work computer is SO bad that I can't even listen to music on it without the music cracking and pausing all the time, because the computer is 'thinking' and processing something as heavy as opening an email. Or writing this status update. 

Worst thing, the student practical rooms have new computers that are awesome, and we're simply not getting them, no way, even though it's restricting our work @_@ Since when do bachelor/master student get better stuff than PhDs? No offence xD I just don't see the logic.
